Down to Earth is an owner/operator company that Bill Packard started to assist homeowners with projects that don’t fit into regular categories. Water and drainage problems, recycling gravel drives, relocating mature shrubs or planting new ones. All those projects that are just a little too big for you are just right for us to do together.
